As a Telemarketing Executive for Building Products, you will be responsible for generatingleads, building relationships with potential customers, and driving sales through outboundcalls. You will play a crucial role in promoting our products, understanding customer needs,and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue targets.Key Responsibilities: Outbound Calls: Conduct outbound calls to potential customers, includingcontractors, distributors, architects, and other industry professionals, to promote ourbuilding products and generate leads. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through telemarketing activities, gatheringrelevant information to understand customer needs and preferences. Product Promotion: Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our buildingproducts, addressing customer inquiries and providing product recommendations. Database Management: Maintain and update the customer database, ensuringaccurate and up-to-date records of interactions, leads, and sales opportunities. Follow-up: Schedule follow-up calls to nurture leads, address any customer concerns,and move prospects through the sales pipeline. Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to pass on qualified leads and providethem with the necessary information to close deals. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships withcustomers through regular communication and by providing excellent service. Market Research: Gather market intelligence during calls to understand industrytrends, customer preferences, and competitor activities, and report findings to themarketing and sales teams. Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on telemarketing activities, leadgeneration, and sales conversions to the management team.Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing, Business, or arelated field is a plus. Experience: 0-2 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service,preferably within the building products or construction industry.Skills: Excellent verbal communication and listening skills. Ability to articulate product features and benefits clearly and persuasively. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Good organizational skills and attention to detail.Personal Attributes: Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Resilient with the ability to handle rejection. Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
