Telemarketing Executive - Building Products

We are seeking a proactiveTelemarketing Executive to join our team and help drive our sales efforts through executivetelemarketing campaigns.
As a Telemarketing Executive for Building Products, you will be responsible for generatingleads, building relationships with potential customers, and driving sales through outboundcalls. You will play a crucial role in promoting our products, understanding customer needs,and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue targets.Key Responsibilities: Outbound Calls: Conduct outbound calls to potential customers, includingcontractors, distributors, architects, and other industry professionals, to promote ourbuilding products and generate leads. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through telemarketing activities, gatheringrelevant information to understand customer needs and preferences. Product Promotion: Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our buildingproducts, addressing customer inquiries and providing product recommendations. Database Management: Maintain and update the customer database, ensuringaccurate and up-to-date records of interactions, leads, and sales opportunities. Follow-up: Schedule follow-up calls to nurture leads, address any customer concerns,and move prospects through the sales pipeline. Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to pass on qualified leads and providethem with the necessary information to close deals. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships withcustomers through regular communication and by providing excellent service. Market Research: Gather market intelligence during calls to understand industrytrends, customer preferences, and competitor activities, and report findings to themarketing and sales teams. Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on telemarketing activities, leadgeneration, and sales conversions to the management team.Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing, Business, or arelated field is a plus. Experience: 0-2 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service,preferably within the building products or construction industry.Skills: Excellent verbal communication and listening skills. Ability to articulate product features and benefits clearly and persuasively. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Good organizational skills and attention to detail.Personal Attributes: Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Resilient with the ability to handle rejection. Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
